Who we are
Student Athlete Network [Ltd, company number XXXXXXXX, registered address] ("we") is responsible for the personal information you give us through this website. You can contact us at admin@studentathletenetwork.co.uk.
What we collect
- From the application form: your contact details, nationality, sport and playing history, links to your highlight video and stats, education details (graduation date, GPA, subjects), when you want to start, and what you could contribute towards costs.
- From the Erasmus+ form: your contact details, your academy or college, your position and video link, and a parent or guardian's email if you give one.
- Emails and call notes when you contact us or book a consultation.
How we use it
- To assess whether we can help you and to contact you about your application.
- To create your athlete profile and share it with university and club coaches who may want to recruit you.
- To help you with university applications, scholarships and your visa.
- For Erasmus+, to tell you about the programme and selection.
We do this because you asked us to help you (taking steps at your request) and because it is in our legitimate interest to run our recruitment service. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it
